FAST In – House Playing Rules

U6

• 3v3 or 4v4

• No Goalkeepers

• Two 16 minute halves (10 minute halftime at most)

• No Offsides

• No Headers

• No Throw ins (kick ins only)

• Goal kicks and Corner kicks (opponent must be 10 feet back)

• If someone falls on ball or gets hit in head, ALWAYS stop play

U8

• 4v4 or 5v5

• Two 20 minute halves (10 minute halftime at most)

• Goalkeepers are present

• No Offsides

• No Headers

• Throw ins (allow re-throws and explain)

• Goal kicks and punts (opponents must be at least 10 feet back to allow goalkeeper to put ball into play)

• Corner kicks

• If someone gets hit in the head, ALWAYS stop play

Adjustments may be may to the above rules as long as coaches and referees are in agreement during the game.

Because the players and referees are all children, any questions or concerns may be directed to the Referee Mentor/Marshall or the Referee Assignor.
