F.A.S.T. Referees
F.A.S.T. has a program designed to mentor young individuals who may be interested in becoming a soccer referee.  These individuals have to be at least 10 years of age or older. 
At age 14, certification training and testing can be completed through PA WEST.  Check PA WEST website (www.pawest-soccer.org) for schedule.
